“Voice of America transmission heard just before 9 hours UTC ( 7pm, Saturday, October 20, 2007, Australian Eastern Time ), including the sign on tune “Yankee Doodle Dandy”
Received in Canberra, Australia, on a “Barnes Receiver ” - a 1980’s model radio cassette player with a shortwave tuner ( the cassette player is broken ).”
