The Signals to Santa program hosted by Parks Canada annually at Signal hill on the anniversary of Marconi’s transatlantic transmission 106 years ago December 12 1901. Signals to Santa allowed kids to talk to Santa via amateur radio ( Santa is played by a ham ) the station is operated by SONRA. Society of Newfoundland radio amateurs.
