PSK31 can be decoded using software if you have a sound card that allows "What You Hear" type mixing. Lately, the Distribution Rights people have lobbied the manufacturers to take this feature out of the their driver sets making this type of enjoyment impossible without going to extraordinary lengths. I do not think this can possibly be fair, legal, or economically productive. Please help stop their strong-arm tactics.
