I got this back in 1967 at a Garage sale for 50 cents. The cord was shorted at the chassis. Still plays after all these years. One tube went out and the volume a little low now. This 70 year old Zenith has better sound than my Bose on Am. The Short wave sounds even better. Don’t ask what’ s playing, some station far away.

“Swing Master, don’t know what year though I would think it’s probably from the 40’s. On the back of the chassis, it has the number 4650, then says “No. 726303″
“recently replaced a couple of tubes, and put a new cord on it since the rubber was disintegrating off the original. The rest of the radio is original, including all of the original paper caps. Video is of it playing for the first time since the late 70’s”
Thanks to OE3MZC for the video.
